Refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, we're unable to offer a refund, return, or exchange, as the file cannot be "returned."

Please review your item carefully before purchasing, and make sure your device supports the file format (SVG, PNG, etc.) you're buying.

Exceptions

We will offer a refund or replacement file in the following cases:

• You received a corrupted or unopenable file
• You received the wrong file due to an error on our end
• You were charged more than once for the same order

If any of the above applies to you, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at svgbundlehub.support@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible — either by sending a corrected file or issuing a refund.

Change of mind

Because these are instant-access digital files, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if a design isn't quite what you expected. We encourage you to look closely at preview images and read the full product description before checkout.

Commercial license & usage rights

License terms (personal or small business use) are included with each file at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once downloaded, as usage rights are granted immediately.
