All products sold on this site are digital files (including but not limited to SVG, PNG, and other design formats) delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, you will receive access to download your file(s) instantly or by email.
License, not ownership
When you purchase a file from us, you are purchasing a license to use that file — you are not purchasing the copyright or ownership of the design itself. We (or our designers) retain full ownership and copyright of all designs sold on this site.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your purchase includes:
- Personal use
- Small business / commercial use (for physical items you make and sell using the file, such as printed shirts, mugs, or decals)
Your purchase does not include the right to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the digital file itself, in its original or a modified form
- Claim the design as your own original artwork
- Use the file to create a competing digital product (e.g. reselling it as a "new" SVG or PNG bundle)
- Use the design in a trademark, logo, or business name registration
Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Please see our Return & refund policy for the limited exceptions where a refund or replacement file may be issued.
Accounts and orders
You are responsible for providing accurate information (including a valid email address) at checkout, as this is how your files will be delivered. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect email address provided at checkout.
Prohibited use
You may not use this site to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of any third party
- Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
